What we look for
Depth, judgment and range.
- Years of hands-on experience shipping and running production software
- Depth in at least one area, and curiosity well beyond it
- Comfort joining an unfamiliar codebase and team and contributing quickly
- Clear written English and solid overlap with US working hours
- Good judgment about when to ask, when to decide and when to push back
